Special Vehicles

The special vehicles made in our company are bulk cement trucks, pulverized material trucks, chemical material trucks, pulverized semitrailer, concrete mixing trucks, wet pulverized material trucks, etc. , which are modifications on the second type of chassis of finalized design. The performances of the finished trucks are stable, their dirt discharge up to standard, their assortments various and their models complete. They can meet the requirements of various customers.

The bulk cement trucks and pulverized material trucks are equipped with compressors which are small, light, smooth in operation and low in noise. The advanced fluidization systems are provided inside of the tanks.

The trucks can unload at a fast rate and little remains after unloading.

The trucks carrying pulverized raw chemical materials are equipped with stainless steel tanks. The compressed air is treated to be oil-free, water-free and at low temperature before entering the pneumatic conveying systems, which ensures stable performance of the material during transportation.

The wet pulverized material trucks are loaded and unloaded fast and completely unloaded. They are well sealed up. Their scraper plate is nationally patented.

The drums and blades of concrete mixing trucks are made of high strength steel plates, which are exceedingly wear-resistant. The advanced hydraulic drive systems enable stable performance of the trucks and fast loading and unloading of materials.

Pulverized material semi-trailers are equipped with advanced bridges and hookups. The complete trucks are excellent in performance. They are very safe and the charge capacities of the tanks are great. The compressors are directly coupled with power sources, which may be electric motors or diesel engines.
